BöttcherPro Cleanfix - roller cleaning paste, 500 g

BöttcherPro Cleanfix cleans stubborn ink residues and deposits from inking rollers.

Use this paste for deep cleaning after washing away ink. Do not confuse it with calcium-removing gel.

When does a roller cleaning paste help?

Choose it when ordinary washing leaves contamination from the previous colour. Regular cleaning also reduces roller surface glazing.

How to clean the rollers

1. Pre-clean the rollers using an appropriate Böttcher wash.
2. Apply the paste and distribute it for a few minutes at a slow rotational speed.
3. Clean the rollers again using the same wash.
4. Check roller cleanliness before feeding the next ink.

Questions to consider before purchasing

Cleanfix or Calciumfix?

Cleanfix removes conventional ink residues. Calciumfix primarily removes calcium deposits from rollers. Select the cleaner according to the deposit.

Does the paste replace a standard wash?

No. The process involves an initial wash, followed by the application and subsequent removal of the paste. The product facilitates deep cleaning between these stages.

Can it be used with UV inks?

This variant is for conventional inks. Cleanfix-UV is a separate product.
