WIT is a small, family-owned business based in Warsaw. My father founded the company in 1995, and since 2000, we have been supplying printing materials to print shops. We operate locally in Warsaw and also serve clients throughout Poland.
Do you run one, two, or three printing presses? We know that smooth production, consistency, and cost control are your priorities. That is why we begin our conversation by looking at your specific task, your machinery, and your substrate—only then do we recommend the right material.
I joined the company in 2002. I started in the mixing department, preparing inks and developing color formulations. Later, I moved into sales and consulting. Since 2016, following my father’s retirement, I have been running WIT as its owner.
This experience allows me to approach ink selection from a broader perspective than just a product code. Factors like the substrate, the printing method, the drying process, and any post-press finishing are just as important. When you ask about a material, you are speaking with someone who has personally mixed inks and created color formulas.
Our product range has evolved alongside the market. We began with Akzo Nobel Inks, followed by ANI inks, and later the K+E brand under BASF Poligrafia. Today, we are a distributor for the Flint Group in Poland.
We supply process inks, inks according to the Pantone scale, VARN chemicals, water-based varnishes i offset blankets. In my own ink mixing service we prepare Pantone, HKS colors and inks according to the sample.
Tell us what you are printing and what challenge you would like to solve. Please provide the press model, the substrate, and the ink or chemical products you are currently using. This information helps us narrow down the options and ensures you don’t end up with the wrong product.
If a material requires testing or has certain limitations, we will tell you so upfront. Not every ink is suitable for every substrate. Not every cleaning agent is appropriate for all types of rollers and blankets. We help you verify these differences before you place an order.
