Varn Ink Readi helps prevent ink skinning on rollers, in the ink duct and in an open tin.
It forms a protective layer but does not restore dried ink. Check dosage and compatibility for the specific product.
When is an anti-skin spray useful?
Use it to protect ink during production stops. It does not restore the properties of ink that has dried.
- Protection for the ink surface addresses skin formation on the ink surface.
- 400 ml aerosol allows for easy application of the product onto the surface being protected.
- Use during production breaks distinguishes this product from press cleaning agents.

Questions to consider before purchasing
Ink Readi or Roller Lube?
Ink Readi helps prevent ink skinning. Roller Lube serves rollers in unused printing units. These products have different purposes.
Does the aerosol replace a wash/cleaner?
No. A wash/cleaner removes residue, whereas this product protects the ink during downtime. Choose the right product for the specific task at hand.
Will it remove a dried ink skin?
It limits skin formation. Do not use it to restore ink that has already dried.
Separate ink protection from press cleaning during maintenance. Under printing chemicals compare products for plates, rubber and other components.
